Return & Exchange Policy

Wijdan Stores strictly follows mentioned below terms and conditions for return and exchange:


Any product bought from Wijdan Stores online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY,Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, unworn and unused with the price label, hangtags, care label etc. attached.

  • For products on Sale, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.
  • Customized Cutting is no return or exchange as the products are made to order.
  • We do not offer exchange of online orders from our retail outlets.
  • Exchange Policy is only liable within 7 days after the goods are delivered.


  • Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
  • Items bought on sale can only be exchanged if the product(s) delivered has any kind of manufacturing defect or if the wrong product has been delivered to you.

In some cases, Wijdan Store will not accept any exchanges. Such cases include but are not limited to the following:

  • Sale Items
  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame (After 7 Days).
  • Product is damaged because of use.
  • Product has been tampered.
  • Customized Cutting is no return or exchange as the products are made to order.

Exchange Procedure:

  • You will be required to share the order details and reason for exchange along with photographic evidence of the product within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • You may notify us on our Social Media Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) or Email us at and/or message us on WhatsApp (0308-0901685), to proceed with exchange or return process.

If you dislike or are dissatisfied with the product, the exchange procedure is as below:

  • The customer needs to send the parcel back to us at our mentioned address.

  • Wijdan Store is not liable to bear the courier charges or arrange pick-up from the customer in case of dislike or size issue.

  • The customer may send the parcel back to us using any courier company.

  • Please ensure that the article(s) is sent with its original packaging, otherwise the complaint will not be entertained.

  • Once shipped, kindly share the tracking number with us or an image of the courier slip.

Order Cancellation

  • You will receive an automated order verification call, you may cancel your order.

  • You can also get in touch through our helpline (0308-0901685) or our Social Media Channels (Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram Chats) for the order cancellations.

  • You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Wijdan Stores reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, which may include: The item is out of stock or debit/credit card payment is declined. 


    You must notify us within 2-3 days of delivery by writing to mail us at or calling at +92-3080901685 in case you want to raise a dispute.


    You will get Refund if you don’t want to Exchange or don’t like the product. We’re using third party to deliver the product like (TCS). They apply the Delivery Charges & Government taxes on delivering the product like (Gst & Services tax). The Government Tax amount will not be refundable the (Tax amount example will be; Rs. 150 to Rs. 180) depends on delivery. From the actual price the tax amount will be deducted and you will get your remaining amount within 2 to 3 days after we received your order back and we will check it if it’s not damaged and washed. 

    Note: Delivery Charges & Government Taxes which applies while delivering is not refundable.
